Dynamics Analysis and Chaos Identification of Compound Pendulum Jaw Crusher with Joint Clearance

A dynamic model of the working mechanism a compound pendulum jaw crusher with clearance is established by Lagrange multiplier method (LMD) based on L-N contact force and modified Coulomb friction model. The correctness verified MATLAB Adams comparison simulation, best selection range driving speed size determined according to laminating crushing theory (LCT). effects shock chaos phenomenon in are analyzed, as well vibration applied foundation. results show that, under premise meeting requirements production capacity, increasing reducing can weaken during operation mechanism, improve performance enhance stability, service life foundation prolonged stability force. Furthermore, optimal combination determined, which provides theoretical basis for optimization crusher.
